Audi's on a winning streak, and it doesn't appear to be stopping any time soon. The automaker reported its 57^th consecutive month of record sales in September 2015. Last month saw a 16.2% increase in sales over September last year, with 17,340 vehicles being sold.

Record sales in September were thanks to an increase in sales of Audi’s luxury SUVs—the Audi Q3, Audi Q5, and Audi Q7. Audi’s best-selling SUV, the Audi Q5, far outperformed its sales from September 2014, with 5,149 units being delivered, an increase of more than 58.9 percent. The brand’s launch of the all-new Audi TT also contributed greatly to monthly totals, as well as familiar favorites like the Audi A3 Cabriolet and the Audi A7. Audi has sold 12.5 percent more cars (147,403 units) so far this year than in the same time period last year.
